Clean hotel with extremely friendly and excellent staff on the reception desk. Magnificent and unbeatable location of the venue, very close to the shops/restaurants, the Marina Grande where there is a nice beach with warm, clear water for swimming, and restaurants and bars and walking distance to the main piazza. Easy walk to Wonderwall Art Gallery.
Dust in the room.

The terraces and room balcony Lovely view of the bay Friendly, welcoming staff Room cleaned better than I had expected Near the old shopping streets Interesting walk to the sea Close to railway/bus station
Shower water did not flow away well - drains/pipes need a good clean out Breakfast seemed always exactly the same. A little variety would have been nice. (OK for two or three days, but we stayed for a week).

The hotel is about 1.3kms from the circumvesuviana station but only a few hundred metres from the centre of Sorrento - excellent location. Our double room was a good size with a small balcony. Breakfasts were good and the rooftop spa was fantastic with a great view over the ocean.
The walls are a bit thin which means you can hear people in the corridor and adjoining rooms although it wasn't a real problem.

Location was great. Short walk to anything you want to see in Sorrento.
Nothing that can be done about this, but not much view from the hotel room.

Great location, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The sun terrace is small and a bit shabby. Wouldn't personally use the jacuzzi, as it didn't look too clean. Bar is only open on ground or 4th floor at any time - so no bar service during the day on 4th/sun terrace, and no bar service on ground floor at night. Breakfast was nondescript - self service, but no hot options.

The location is perfect and magnificent, situated in a pretty area next to Marina Grande, restaurants, shops, and the center of Sorrento. Make sure you stay in the standard room with the most beautiful view of the Gulf of Sorrento.

The breakfast buffet has a good spread of bread and pastries and the staff at the restaurant are courteous and provide good service. The hotel is near the main shopping streets and restaurants and is very convenient. The area around the hotel is also a good place to run in the morning as the hilly roads are challenging.
The room may need a little air refreshner as sometimes the room has a funny smell. The hotel should also provide longer free wi-fi time. One hour is not enough. The hotel is also a little far from the train/bus station (15 min walk).

Great location, just at the end of the main street in Sorrento. Some rooms have city views. Rooftop terrace was excellent for sunset dinners, although technically you are not supposed to eat outside food or drink in common areas.
Room had small bugs. Cleaning was too early (pre-9am!). Cleaning wasn't thorough (sheets not changed in 6 nts, glassware not changed, ran out of tp). Was not allowed to eat outside food in common areas, but the hotel didnt serve any food you could order. Most ridiculous: was not permitted to take a friend not staying in the hotel into the room. Is Terrenia a convent?
